additional guests.
6. Caterer Responsibilities
• Deliver food on time
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards
• Provide agreed services as listed above
7. Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure venue access and necessary permissions
• Arrange utilities (electricity, water) if required
8. Liability
The Caterer is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
• Neither party shall be liable for failure due to events beyond control (natural
disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
9. Terms & Condition :
* 25% Confirmation Advance will be charged at the time of booking.
* 50% amount will be charged 10 days before the function.
* 25% amount will be received after the party/event.
* Advance will not be refunded in case of booking cancellation.
* Extra charges will have to be paid in case the no. of guests is more than the
agreed no.
* No rebate or refund will be given in case the no. of guests is less or weather is
non-supportive or any other uncertainty happens.
* Guests are responsible for their belongings and the management shall not be
responsible for any loss or damage to their belongings.
* One responsible person should be present at the bar counter from the host’s
side.
* Steward Service will not be provided outside the party hall.
* There should be a representative from the host’s side on the supervision and
signing for plates. He will have the right to allow/disallow any person to take plates. The
arrangement of food for our working staff is from our side. They are not allowed to take
food from function buffet. If by mistake any of our staff comes at the plate stall, the
host’s representative will have complete right to refuse him.
* Snacks, Chat, Juices, Fresh fruit will be served from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
midnight only. Buffet will be open latest by 8:00 p.m.
* Minimum guarantee cannot be reduced once the booking is done. And if it is
reduced, it will increase the rate per plate.
* We will not entertain any deficiency in food quality and presentation if minimum
guarantee exceeds.
* Our profile neither includes cleaning jobs before and after the function nor
includes making any payments for getting the premises cleaned.
* All amendments and cancellation in the menu must be made 15 days prior to the
event.
* If liquor is to be served, give clear instructions regarding the number of tables.
